Shipping Policies

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days, pending availability and payment verification. Orders are processed Monday-Saturday and cannot be adjusted or canceled, once submitted. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please contact info@ah-activeandhealthy.com if you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days and be mindful there is no shipping on holidays
Tracking My Package

Please use the tracking number provided to you on the contact method you selected, text or email. If your tracking number is invalid please contact the carrier, USPS directly.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Active and Healthy is not responsible for packages once the carrier is in possession, therefore no replacement or refund will be issued for orders confirmed as delivered. However, if your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, take into account the following:

.Verify your shipping address.
.Look for notice of attempted delivery.
.Confirm if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf.
